7. WHY SHOULD I INCORPORATE IN NEVADA, RATHER THAN DELAWARE OR ANOTHER STATE?

All 50 states offer corporations. Delaware is perhaps the most famous. But Delaware is designed for public companies, and all states except Nevada publicly list all corporate officers. Nevada is the only state whose corporations are designed for private individuals, and is the only state able to accommodate those seeking privacy, tax savings and liability protection all rolled into one.
